REGISTRATION
Convention Registration will be held outside the Windsor Ballroom on Tuesday starting at 5:00 p.m. On Wednesday, registration will be from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registration is required for attendance and participation in convention activities.

 

TRADE SHOW
A Tabletop Showcase will be held during the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, June 2, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Be sure to visit these vendors to see what new and exciting products they have to offer.

 

NAME BADGES
Name badges must be worn for entrance to meetings, meals and social events. Category I, II & IV members' badges are white; Category III members' badges are yellow. A light blue ribbon on a badge indicates sponsorship of $500 and above; a multi-colored ribbon indicates sponsorship of $1,000 and above.

 

ATTIRE
The suggested attire for convention general sessions is business casual. Dress on Tuesday evening is casual, and suggested dress for the Banquet on Wednesday evening is business evening attire. 

 

MEALS
At registration, all attendees who registered for meals will be given a meal ticket. These tickets must be presented for admission to the dinner events.

 

CHILDREN
Children are welcome, but they must be registered so they can be included in attendance counts, etc. There is no registration charge for children but separate meal and/or activity event charges do apply to children.

 

PRIZES & DRAWINGS
An assortment of prizes will be awarded following the Wednesday night buffet and theme night. Prizes are provided by the Hospitality Hosts made up of Category III members who make financial contributions to the convention hospitality fund.

 

SPONSORS
The companies listed throughout the program or on signs displayed at various events as sponsors have voluntarily made financial donations to help defray costs. The generous sponsorships by these companies and their representatives are greatly appreciated.

 

HOSPITALITY HOSTS
Those Category III (associate) members who have made financial contributions to the hospitality fund are listed in the program and on signs as Hospitality Hosts and have a star designation on their badge. Hospitality Hosts provide funding for the Band, Prizes and Hospitality on Wednesday evening, June 20.
